Subscription terms and refunds

Effective when commercial subscriptions are activated. Seller: ALINEDS LLC, Round Rock, Texas, USA. Available to customers in the United States and Canada.

Plans and payment

Solo is US$29 per month for one active member. Team is US$69 per month for up to five active members. Applicable taxes are additional. Both include currently available features. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. No trial starts automatically.

Cancellation and refunds

Request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 calendar days of that payment. We do not deduct our Stripe processing fees from that refund. Cancel through the billing portal to stop renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. Later payments have no routine prorated refund. Billing errors and any mandatory legal cancellation or refund rights remain protected.

Service scope

Current coverage is permitted Los Angeles RAMP metadata. Daily source refresh is attempted during the approved operating window, subject to source availability and operating limits. Automated email, company matching and erasure are disabled. No award, completeness, nationwide coverage or uninterrupted service is guaranteed. Verify requirements and deadlines with the original authority.
