Information used to provide the service

We process account identifiers and verified contact information, workspace membership and roles, company details you provide, saved searches and opportunities, pipeline assignments and notes, notification preferences, and service security and audit records. We also process permitted public procurement metadata with collection and source-rights information.

Payments and service providers

Stripe hosts payment entry and processes payments. Techtenders stores subscription status and provider references; it does not store full card details. Clerk provides authentication, Cloudflare hosts the application, Neon hosts the database, Resend supports configured email delivery, and Microsoft OneDrive holds encrypted recovery packages. Providers process data to deliver these services. Processing can occur in the United States and other provider locations; Canadian data residency is not promised.

Access, retention and recovery

Workspace roles control access to shared information. Source records remain subject to their permission and expiry rules. Account, billing, audit and recovery records may have different retention requirements, including security, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete workspace information. Privacy and deletion requests are reviewed manually; automated erasure is disabled. Encrypted recovery copies and separate keys are used for recovery; provider and recipient copies have separate retention controls.

Cookies and email

Authentication uses cookies and related browser mechanisms needed for sign-in. This application does not add advertising trackers. Automated opportunity emails are currently disabled. Notification preferences and unsubscribe choices are respected if delivery is subsequently enabled. Authentication verification and user-requested account recovery are handled by the authentication provider.

Your requests

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about use of your information. We verify the requester's authority before releasing or changing information and apply the rights and exceptions required by applicable law. Support is operated by Maxi Yanis; the initial-response target is two business days.
